If you look at a map of the coastline of South Australia, you will see it has three significant peninsulas. Our tour of these three peninsulas is designed to give you a greater understanding of everything this spectacular region has to offer. You’ll begin with a stay at picturesque McLaren Vale on the Fleurieu Peninsula, with its outstanding wineries and distilleries. Next, head to the rugged and sparsely populated coastline of the Yorke Peninsula. There will be short walks through stunning National Parks and guided demonstrations at aquaculture farms. Lastly, head to the Eyre Peninsula located on the eastern edge of the Great Australian Bight. There you’ll take a cruise to Fowler Bay during whale season, taking in the pristine beauty and an array of wildlife, and perhaps to spot humpbacks, Southern right whales, seals, and dolphins. With a small group size, you’ll only stay at boutique-style accommodation and seaside properties. Tour starts and ends in Adelaide and includes whale watching at Eyre Peninsula.
