On our private aircraft, hop seamlessly between remote gourmet produce regions, spectacular coastlines and desert landscapes. We’ll stay at excellent properties and be guided by life-long local experts with a thorough understanding and appreciation of these remote and ancient lands. On this journey, you will fly to remote regions others simply cannot access, so you won’t cross paths with any other tourists. Instead you’ll meet locals on their properties and stations, stay in boutique lodges and be welcomed into a fascinating environment, enjoying a unique hospitality experience.

We will travel from Adelaide to the Coonawarra where we will enjoy the famous wines of South Australia’s iconic wine producer Wynns. Named after an Aboriginal word meaning 'honeysuckle', Coonawarra is an isolated region renowned for its geological and climatic features which create fruit of the highest quality. From the Coonawarra we head to Mayura Station famous for its premium Wagyu beef. Then its on to Port Lincoln to enjoy rugged coastal scenery, and taste the freshest and best seafood Australia has to offer. After that, the real outback adventure begins as we travel to the picturesque Gawler and Flinders Ranges. We end our journey at the fabulous Callubri Station. Steeped in more than 140 years of family history, Callubri Station provides guests with a truly authentic outback experience. The wild, rugged landscape provides a stunning backdrop with dramatic uninterrupted views across the Western Plains.

Our private charter jet will depart from Melbourne, bound for the farthest reaches of the NSW and South Australian outback and the spectacular Southern ocean. Our group size will be no more than 8 passengers, accompanied by experienced tour leaders and a pilot. Along the way, you will be looked after by our highly experienced crew, flying you in safety and making sure everything just ‘happens’. Over the years, great relationships and friendships have been built at each destination. You can truly relax and enjoy this wonderful Australian escape. The tour will be accompanied by a Blue Dot tour leader. Tour departs and ends in Melbourne.
